Cobalt Construction can handle the design and build of a new office space or store front build just for you. We work one on one with each customer and our architect to ensure that the design is right for you, and uses the most cost effective and quality means of construction. We work closely with and have excellent relationships with the permitting agency and engineers to ensure your building process flows smoothly.
In other instances, an office space gets delivered in shell condition. This means that, while some of the building’s common areas are completed, the interiors of the spaces are frequently bare and unfinished. Other times the previous tenant will have left their improvements behind, and most likely will not meet your specific needs. When you want to design your office space just for you, we are here for you. We will work with you and your landlord as well as any budget requirements you may have to make sure you achieve the finished product that you need, in the time frame required.
